There are problems among communities because they do not agree together on for example how they will raise their children, teach a language or draft a document for example. One of the communities which are well known is for example the nomad population.

The nomad population tends to travel all around the world in search of lands for their cattle for example or because there is the desert which has gained their country like in Israel or because there is to much sunshine like the Slavic population which was in East Africa in Tanzania. There are other nomad populations like the Somali or Yemenite populations which have moved for instance to North America because of the dangers of leaving on a coastal land or because for instance of the oil crisis in Iran for the Kurdish population.

The problem is when these populations are looked down for their financial situation. Of course, if you have had money in your hands you will more likely know how to budget.

So again “time is money”. That is why it is so good to think about holidays in Italy under the good sunlight at the veranda eating good food and nice wine.
