Duties as a library prefect

A library prefect is an adult or a student who is responsible for keeping order, encouraging the habit of reading and enforcing silence and respect for others in the library and also offering guidance and help when requested.

Must Have Qualities of a Library Prefect

A library prefect must be Self-controlled, Respectful, Disciplined, Dutiful, Tolerant and Hardworking

Duties of the Library Prefect

The library prefect is responsible for handling the procedures of borrowing & returning materials, arranging materials into shelves, checking shelves, Head counting, Organizing reading activities or programs for all students and also Updating display boards and resources.
