Why are there so many anger people in the world?

I look around and I can find something small to be grateful for in my life.

I do not have everything I want but I have what I need in my life.

People think about this if a small thing has the power to make you angry, does that not indicate something about your size? 

It makes you small in thinking.

Have you ever thought about your life, the days go by quickly and nights go swiftly so keep in mind that Life is too short to hold a grudge, also too long? 

I tend to pull away from negative people because I have learned that he or she who angers me can also conquer me.

I also learn through time and experience that for every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness. I need all the seconds of my life I could get.

Anger people become dangerous people, People tend to hurt one another with words or physically demeanor keep in mind anger is one letter short of danger

I tend to write when I am anger it’s a great way to ventilate so if you practice to write to ventilate it will hurry in the forgiveness process.

But if you conceal your anger it will harden into revenge.

My son acts out when he is anger and I have told him time and time again does not do this because when people fly into a rage they always make a bad landing. 

I have been guilty if writing a letter in anger and I have learned through trials and errors to never write a letter while I am angry again, its evidence.

I have learned through the years get mad, and then get over it, why you should take so much space in my mind.

More married people should practice this never goes to bed mad.  Stay up and fight.  Then make love and go to sleep together.

I have family members who I really think do not like me as a person, now I could choice to dislike them but I have seen what resentment does to a person;

Resentment is like taking poison and waiting to see my own life end while the other person is living.

I know words hurts and I know the saying stick and stones but hurt but words don’t, that a lie.
