Finding out if there actually are other people on other planets out there would be the biggest ground breaking find that this world could ever know. It would definitely be in every history book in the world, for the rest of this world’s history. The day we find out that there are other people out there, would most likely become a holiday.

There are many problems with making contact with another civilization. The most basic problem is fuel. There has not been a creation of a fuel that could take a space craft into space to travel far enough to possibly make contact with another inhabited planet. And so we need to discover a new way to make fuel, so that vehicles and spacecraft alike can travel farther than they ever could. We need to hear things like vehicles and spacecrafts getting near one hundred miles to the gallon for beginners. Then it could possibly get more advanced after that. And so that could be a solution to traveling further in space than ever before.

Another problem with making contact with another civilization on another planet would be distanced and speed. In order to reach another civilization it would take an extremely long time. So, we need an aircraft that could reach extremely fast speeds, and reach very far distances, within a very short time. If that could be done, than there wouldn’t be much left to do, besides decide who would man the first flight to another part of the universe.

Another problem with going far enough into space to find another civilization is the budget. It would cost an outrageous amount of money. There would be only one way to fix this problem, and that would be to get more money. There would need to be a huge increase in funds for the project. They may have to fire some people, and cut some other costs off in order to get the needed amount of money to do this extremely huge project, but with the right amount of money, it could bring about the finding of a new civilization.

After all the problems are overcome, than we may just find another inhabited planet out there. I think this will take an extremely long time. It could take possibly hundreds of years before it actually becomes a reality, which leads to what I personally believe will actually happen.
