Broad information of the true stories of assassinations, not so in-depth but a thought you should read.

Throughout political history, tragedies occur once in a while that affect the entire world.  Assassinations are plots to kill a specific leader, person.  Many assassinations were planned by skilled assassins, while others were not as justified as to being a planned assassination.  Learning about assassinations made me learn about the assassin’s motives.  For example, the Gandhi assassination happened since the assassin’s were Hindu radicals who thought Gandhi was corrupting India.  They thought Gandhi should be rid of since he was trying to make Hindu’s and Muslims equal.  Abraham Lincoln’s assassination effect was since John Wilkes Booth was a confederate radical, and after the defeat he killed the president.  After all these assassinations, there were massive effects in their city and even around the world.  I observed commonly each assassination had an effect worldwide, and mourning for each was conducted.  Gandhi’s assassination brought huge mourning ceremonies of people for days and weeks.  Martin Luther King’s assassination brought more violence in over one hundred cities across the country.  Abraham Lincoln’s assassination due to he was a president, brought the whole country in mourning since he had just had a major political and crucial victory for the country.  I have learned that every assassination has good and bad conclusions.  By observing each presentation, I can conclude that each person assassinated was a leader, either political, religious or for rights.  I have also learned that in each of these assassinations, most of them knew that the risk for being a leader in the dangerous environment was death.  The assassin’s that killed each leader had a sense of pure hatred for him/her.  It is from observing each assassin’s reason of why he killed that particular leader, that we find similar assassins.  Most had a plan of how they would approach the assassination and some had a group of assassin’s.  In all, these mini presentations helped me understand the full perspective of an assassination, the causes and effects.
