It is the sensation that your mind disconnects from your body, and you are free to wander the Astral Realm without the restraints of the physical realm.

It is said that when your mind and your body disconnect, a silver cord is keeping you connected to your physical body, like a string, but this material is unbreakable, it is for ever elastic and will never run out.

From the Astral Realm, most of the physical world laws can be broken or bent, such as gravity, time, velocity, mass, weight.
