- 3/4 oz Dark Rum

- 1/2 oz Creme de Noyeaux

- 1/4 oz Cognac

- 1/4 oz Gin

- 2 oz Lemon Juice

-> Shake ingredients vigorously in ice cube filled mixing glass. Pour into a pint glass. Garnish with a fruit flag. 

62] J.R.’s Revenge

- 3 oz Bourbon Whiskey

- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort

- 2 dashes bitters

-> Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. 

63] Kabuki

- 2 oz sake

- 1/2 oz Triple Sec

- 1 oz Rose’s Lime Juice

- 1 oz sour Mix

-> Pour into a salt rimmed old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime slice. 

64] L’aird of summer Isle

- 1 1/2 oz Scotch

- 1/2 oz Pernod Absinthe

- 3 oz pineapple juice

-> In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.

- 1/2 oz Malibu Rum

- 1/2 oz Vodka

- pineapple juice

-shake malibu Rum, vodka and pineapple juice over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and decorate with a cherry.
