Here are the same files but in a different format because not everyone has the Word 2007. Also, to clear up any problems now, the first attached file (ThuXinPhepVanNgheGi angSinh2009) is the permission slip for Christmas Show Practices, so please show it your parents, have them sign it, and bring it with you to turn in. The second attached file (Lumos2010registration Redeemer) is the actual permission slip for LUMOS, so please have your parents sign it and pay your fee. If you were one of the 40+ students who signed up and said that you are going, you are obligated to go because you agreed to go when you signed, so bring the permission slip and $50 with you on Saturday or Friday to give to Joe. The third attached file (Retreat 2010RegistrationWhole) is the permission slip for the Entire San Jose Leadership Retreat at Camp St. Francis (The NEW St. Joseph). I repeat this, THIS IS NOT LUMOS, because this is a second retreat after LUMOS for those who are interested in going to another different retreat. If you would like to go Camp St. Francis, please fill out the right permission slip, pay the $50 fee, and give it to Joe. Also, if you are have any financial difficulty in paying either $50 fee for LUMOS or Camp St. Francis, please contact Thay Lu for scholarship opportunities. We don’t want financial problems (especially with the economy now) from preventing you to go to LUMOS, so please contact Thay Lu or any of the teachers for scholarship opportunities. Also, please start thinking about transportation (rides back and from Holy Redeemer) and please reply to this email if your parents wouldn’t mind carpooling.
