Human beings are inherently endowed with a built-in resilience to survive adversity and bounce back on the even track of sanity and composure. Any kind of failure, be it unrequited love, loss in business, divorce, or a bad investment can be terribly devastating, but such adversities can be overcome with the realization that life is precious and beating yourself to a frazzle, will eventually bring about yet another adversity that we may not overcome, it being ill-health, mentally and physically. There is a need to fill the vacuum of hopelessness with thoughts of a fresh start, the notion that there are uncertainties that happen from time to time, and that summoning the power of a sixth sense in our relationships and dealings is not included on the menu of our choices in life.
There are those that have the ability to convert misfortune into good fortune, after bouncing back from difficulties. While we sometimes anticipate problems that can be avoided, we must also expect the unexpected. We generally have the tendency to be predisposed to the feeling that nothing can go wrong with things that we do, and take for granted that our comfortable lifestyle is assured.
While we feel confident that life is wonderful, we must also take into consideration that it is also unpredictable, and be prepared to bounce back in a time of adversity.
