We’re so “blown away” when a new technology is unveiled; A faster, newer type of computer, a new high tech, super graphics video game system, I-pods, talking cars and the list goes on and on. But we don’t even stop for a second and realize our brain is at least a thousand times more advanced than any of this technology.

The amount of memory we have and the memories we can store; Pictures, names, phone numbers, smells, sounds, the lyrics to our favorite songs, tastes and that list goes on for quite a bit longer than the first. So stop sometime while you are listening to your new 4 gig I-pod, typing on your new quantum computer, etc. And remember the mind, the brain, that sits inside your skull, is the most advanced technology that has ever existed on Earth.
