This short rough draft will cover my views on the human brain, vs the mind and or soul.

written by casey smith.

to start, i will briefly elaborate on the basis of my idea.

the brain, a physical part of our bodies, is just a neurogical transmitter which manages and controls chemicals and energy constantly with the aid of billions of neurons, or little motors… the brain is capable of maniuplating the body to take a shape or use energy likewise. it is divided up into different parts, the areas that automatically control parts of your body like your heart, your breathing, your blinking, and so on… and then the more instinctive parts, such as controlling hunger, sleep, amongst other survival instincts… your brain is also capable of analyzing and rendering speach and sound via your vocal cords and tounge… as well as giving a human the ability to touch and feel through the billions of neuron transmitters all over the body… it is the control center of our BODY, but what influences it?

So where does all of this come from? where does thought come from? what influences thought? is it emotion? is it our personality? but then what influences personality? surroundings? awareness? education? culture? society? the ability to communicate?

in my humble opinion, i truely believe that the mind and soul are completely seperate from the brain, yet are intertwined physically to work together as one… the mind and soul are influenced by your genetic blueprint, or the genes from your ancestors, aswell as your experiences in life and your awareness/mindset of reality…

to summarize my thoughts briefly, i would like to compare a computer to an operating system. when you buy a “computer” what you are usually buying is a hard drive, a cooling fan, a power supply, and a motherboard all tucked into a tower that holds it all into place… now most of the time there is already an operating system installed onto the hard drive… for instance, windows 7, windows xp, windows vista, mac OS, ubuntu, and more…

what the COMPUTER (motherboard and the rest working together) does is it inputs and outputs basic and simple commands called binary, it is a simple process that is incredibly repeatitive, and looks like this (1001011110101000100111010)… so what it does, is it reads them and translates them into data and information, and either sends back data or does as it’s told according to what the information was… So to be blunt, a computer is a system that repeats basic and simple commands that control and maintain the device. it can’t think for itself and is generic as far as capability goes.
