Prolouge

The “Virus” was thought of to be an advanced version of the common cold. It has the symptoms of the cold; sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose, headache, and exhaustion. The way it was advanced was by how fast it traveled. It was instantly airbourne, waterbourne, and easily contracted by people. At first about 40 million people were sick instantly in the United States. The president decided to shutdown all airports, cargo boats, hospitals, and schools. We were isolated. The phone and internet companies stopped all services. We had no news, we knew nothing about the world outside us. We could only assume that it happened everywhere.

People started to change, they weren’t themselves. They were more paranoid. People went into mass hysteria and went around killing people. People thought it was just the trama finally setting in. Boy, were we wrong. After massive homicides and suicides, cannibalism started to rise. We thought that it was because of the malnutrion people were facing. Again, we were wrong. People did it for no reason, soon after, there were accounts of a “walking dead” appearing. Their skin was decayed, yet they were walking, showing all previous signs of the “virus”. There was only one explanation, zombies..
