When life hands you lemons..
You come across a beautiful park, garden, peaceful area,. Whether you prefer to sit on a bench or where ever. Its always a good idea to bring a healthy lunch or snack with you when you relax at a park,. Leaving your stresses at the park. Not to mention some type of small dvd/radio, etc. You have to have inspiring tunes.
Breathe in and out. Know this moment is for you. The beautiful day is here for us all to enjoy. Also, consider asking yourself “How can I make this day better for myself and others around me.” Its always good to do a lot of random act of kindness.
Make sure the food you choice will help your energy and not weigh you down. Realize the stress from others around you that hurt you. That is their stress, that had nothing to do with you. Possibly. If it did. Wait a few minutes to calm down the stress mood. Then try to do damage control. Sorry is usually a good thing to say for these times. Also, find out how to fix the situation. And, if its not that. Then don’t worry about it. Time heals all wounds.
Also, pat yourself on the back for the challenges you have finished. Remind yourself you are special. Meditation rocks. If you like yoga in place. Go for it. If you believe in God.. pray.
