About four years ago, I had surgery on my back. The reason being I hade a non cancerous fatty toumor called lyphoma. While the doctors were removing the toumor, he hit one of the nerves in my spinal cord, the result was i’m not able to feel my whole left leg from the thigh down. About a year after that I had to get another surgery on my foot because I couldnt feel it, it started to go crooked to the point where I was walking on my ankle. So after I had that surgery I was put into a.
To start this story off, I was in two 4-wheeler accidents about 6 years ago. I was driving my 4-wheeler around my house and I was going around a corner where we have a play ground, I tried to turn but couldn’t, so My brother and I went straight through the play ground. The doctors say that the bike helmets we were wearing saved our lives. A wooden board hit me in the head and broke through my bike helmet and cut open my head, 12 stitches. My brother on the other hand, had his jaw was hanging onto his face by a piece of skin. He luckily recoved after weeks in the hospital.
The second 4-wheeler accident happened 3 years after, My brother and I were driving down the road with a buddy of mine, when Brian my friend, saw his cousin at the neighbors house. So he decided he was going to cut out in front of us and cross the road. So as he turned we t-boned him and I flew off the four wheeler and everyone went flying, the four wheeler rolled over my leg, and I broke it. Luckily everyone else was ok.
One year later, I was riding my bike home from my uncles house when I saw a pretty big boulder sticking up out of the ground at a slant. I thought it would be perfect to jump. You know those feelings you get right as your about to do something its going to go very wrong? Well this is one of those times. I flew over my handle bars, and landed right on my peg. It went straight into my leg, as a result, I had surgery on my back because I had a non cancerous fatty tumor called lymphoma. While the doctors were removing the tumor, he hit one of the nerves in my spinal cord, the result was i’m not able to feel my whole left leg from the thigh down.
About a year after that I had to get another surgery on my foot because I couldn’t feel it, and it started to go crooked to the point where I was walking on my ankle. So after i had that surgery I was put into a prosthetic orthotic brace. The brace was plastic, so it started causing me blisters, and i didn’t even know about them. So all together I probably had about 10 blisters? and I had to get surgery on 3 of them because they were infected badly. Just when you think its done, I broke my toe on the foot I cant feel, I knew it was broke right away because when I landed on it, I heard a pop then a crack. I screamed,” holy crap I broke my toe!” I was taken to the doctor the next day, and I broke it on the growing plate. So now, my toes are starting to go crooked, to the point where im like literally walking on my toe nails. That surgery is scheduled for December 18th, 2009. I know I don’t have it that bad, but I still think it’s pretty messed up.
