Everyone finds it hard to get up in the mornings…. Or do you find it easy? Take a look and see what it’s all about.
BEEP…BEEP…BEEP!
There it is, the dreaded alarm clock. Every morning the same thing- BEEP…BEEP..BEEP! You must get tired of it, yes?
Do you always run out of time in the morning, getting ready for work. When you finally get there you realize that you have forgotten something?
This is why you should at least try to become and early riser, believe me it’s hard. I have tried many times and failed miserably, but if you can master the art of waking up early. You will be much more productive and get things done on time, you also feel much better!
I myself find it easier to get things done in the morning, because my head is clear and I can focus, rather than doing some work or study at night when my mind is full of all the stuff that has happened in the day. think about it, if you woke up 45 minutes earlier each morning, and the last hour of sleep you get pretty much doesn’t do much. You would have 16245 more minutes each year to get stuff completed. That’s 273 hours! All for waking up that little extra bit earlier.
A good thing to have when trying to become an early riser is Self-discipline. You’re going to have to push yoursefl to get up early, instead of slowly getting out of bed… Jump out of bed instead, then it will be easier to just stay up. Here are some tips for staying up after you wake up.
This should help you a lot with waking up on time and becoming an early riser, also another good idea is to set your most annoying alarm, this sends a shock to your brain. Yes it will annoy you day after day but it doesn’t last for long. Remember to place your alarm clock somewhere unreachable from your bed, this way you’ll have to get “out” of bed to go and turn it off.
When becoming an early riser, the first couple of weeks are going to be hard. If you haven’t heard of the 30-day rule, it’s doing something everyday for 30 days to make it a habit. Use it as an example and try go 30-days without over sleeping. I suggest you start with waking up slightly earlier, say 15 minutes or so. This way it won’t be as hard, and you can change it when you’re just starting to get used to it. After 2 months if you have kept with it, you should be waking up 30-60 minutes earlier than your original wake up time, every single day.
Hope this helps and stick with it.
