This song I wrote for a social studies project but I liked it enough to post online, comment please.

I can’t take this anymore
Run down by machinery
Look what they’ve made of me
A boy in a shop
I’d wish for anything
But what I want most is this to stop
Compensation for what we don’t have
I’m living it; I’m doing this so we do have
So my family has
I can’t take this anymore
Run down and sore
But still I work in this store
Life means a lot when you’ve got people
To support
I’m living in the moment to plan for tomorrow
But what does it mean when the pay is not enough
And the conditions are so rough
Still I work for my life, for those I care
Stench of sweat and blood in the air
I can’t take this anymore
Run down by machinery
Look what they’ve made of me
A boy in a shop
I’d wish for anything
But what I want most is this to stop
Work till I drop
Walk home and I still weep
That night I could barely sleep
Knowing I will be in that place yet again tomorrow
So…
I can’t take it any more
So sick of this shop
It’s time we stop
But the pay
We need it to live today
For food, for cloth
Day to day I loathe
This
