To err is human, to forgive is divine. However, there are mistakes that human should be avoided and hence prevent catastrophes and tragics. This is where our focus points being tested.

Nobody is perfect. We make mistakes all the time. All the mistakes that human commit, are either from one’s carelessness or negligence. Despite knowing the outcome of their mistakes in whatever they do, they still take it lightly. Some, however a small mistake or tiny carelessness act, would just simply lead to mishap, perhaps a big one.

For a common example, just look at our country. Car accident has been a hot issue for these recent years. The main cause for car accidents are reckless and inattentiveness of the driver. Many people talk while driving, which might prove to be fatal because it distracts the driver from the road. Even though hands free mobile phones are the latest craze, the driver would be unable to focus well on he road while on the phone. In a split second of inattention would cause a steering misjudgement which translates into automobile accidents – light or fatalistic. Besides, many drivers also never take some rest while especially having long-hour drive. Research shows that drivers should park their cars at the roadside and take half an hour rest or more for every two-hour drive. Drivers assume that as long as they are conscious regardless of their tiredness and boredom of the drive, they are safe and sound along the drive. These laxly drivers not only cause loss of lives in their own family, but also would cause other drivers in road accidents because of their one-time recklessness.

Here is also another uncommon example which I would like to draw everyone’s attention that I thought is a mishap or tragic because of one’s carelessness. How would parent could forget their kids or infant sometimes? I once read from a newspaper about parents who left their infant unattended locked in dead heat in a car. This is also due to the parent’s negligence. I wouldn’t blame a parent is rushing to work and wouldn’t drop me off at school, but forget to send the baby to the nanny’s and left it dead in the car in oppressively hot summer day? That is unforgivable! In other similar case, a mother didn’t notice her son went missing while busy kept up gossip with her friends at the park. Her son could have been abducted when he was out of sight. What do these examples reveal? These are unforgivable negligence that could be easily avoided, if these parents could just pay a bit more attention to their existence, and a mishap wouldn’t knock on their doors.
