Cats are one of my favorite animals. Cats are nice and calm animals. They are really cute when they play with a ball of yarn. Cats can be spotted, striped or one color. My mom’s friend had a beautiful Persian cat. My great- grand mom had a big  beige cat. The color of his fur was like the sand. It was also a Persian cat. My grandmother doesn’t like pets, but she has many statues of cats in her house. In other words, cats have always been in my life one way or another.

I think cats are my favorite animals because they have beautiful eyes. Cats eyes are different than ours. I like cats eyes because I like the different colors. I also like their eyes because they have a pointy oval shape. One thing I do not like about cats is that they can scratch people and things. I have seen many cats on television scratching objects. If I had a cat, I’ll put many covers on the couch, so the cat will scratch the covers, not the couch. I will also play with my cat every day.

Another reason why I like cats so much is because they are the main characters of many shows in television. For example there is a cartoon series called “Kid vs. cat”. There is another  cartoon series called ” Garfield”. Not too long, I watched an episode of  another cartoon series called “Mighty B”. In this episode the main character believed she was cat and acted like one ,almost the whole episode. I hope one day I can have a cat. I hope that happens very soon.
