A breif paragraph on cell phones in cars.
There’s all this business on cell phones in cars these days. Is it really worth the time to argue if someone should be able to use their cell phone in their own car? I believe if you can be responsible enough to drive you should be able to call someone on a phone when you are driving. Lets just say someone calls you and they are in need of help and you answer that call and a cop notices that you were using that phone and issues you a ticket, wouldn’t you be really mad at the cop if this happen to you? This is what my friend asked me after a situation came up to him almost like this one. He was on his way from work and his cell phone rang in and it was his mother, later on as he is driving down the road he starts to speed up and a police officer notices that he is both speeding and talking on a cell phone and issues him a ticket, before leaving he tries to call his mother back a few times, but there was no answer. He arrived at his mother’s house to find her dead, my friend is trying to fight this bill of no cellphones in cars. Do you think he has a strong case?
