A cheerleader’s job is to improve student morale and boost team spirit.They direct the student body in the support of your school’s team and develop loyalty to the school and team, regardless of the outcome of a game.It shall be the purpose of this organization to promote and uphold school spirit, to develop good sportsmanship among students, to support athletic programs and to develop positive remarks.The cheering uniforms shows their loyality and compassion towards their team.Cheering is also a great sport.Their cheerence leads their team with great support.Every team in the world has their own cheering bands.A cheer leader should be the efficient one to lead the other cheer members.They should support each other.This could be seen,when they cheer for their team.They cover the mistakes which happened to the other members while cheering.
