Christianity in a nutshell compared to other religions.
ok….well being a christian, i believe in god the father son and holy spirit. The whole basis of the religion is FAITH. faith is everything because there is no proof to back up any of the material put before us except a single book. that book has been translated from jewish to english so noone can be absolutely sure its right. but that is faith. The funny thing about most religions is most of them believe in the same God but worship him differently and have different customs. I am not a real religious person but i go to church. i am not farmiliar with most other religions but i know that muslims believe in one god. they just feel there mission is kill us…which is scary…but if you were them…well…you would be them, doing what they do. Jesus taught everyone exactly how to act in his time on earth and noone but him has been perfect but him.
Then all these religions started sprouting up over the period of 2000 years. then of course you got insane people(or very sane people) who saw chrsit or an angel or a miracle by god. noone can disprove these things by saying it couldve happend to anyone or anyone could have seen it you were just in the right place at the right time it was just from nature. In insurances that you get, and “act of God” which is something caused by nature is sometimes covered. God supposedly made nature so it could have been him that did something like an outline of mary on a concrete wall after a natural disaster, or it coud have been someone that died there and it just looked like mary.
There are branches of Christianity such as bizantine ect. these are basically the same as roman catholic, a few differneces at masses and celebrations like holidays. We catholics originated from jews. we took there customs and followed what jesus said. Jews believe that jesus was a great prophet, but not the son of God. Buddhists believe Buddha is Their “God”. and each far off religion has its own. we are all related and we all have our own customs but the bottom line: we are all ONE![]()
