Introespection is when there is no noise pollution, or fictitious man-made rules, where is ni-one to influence our mind by bad habits. A peaceful garden, a beautiful mountain or a beautiful lake can also be regarded as introspection. Thoreau rightly said:

“Introspection is your best friend with whom you can always be with”.

Definitely, “no-one other than introspection is your true friend, but untill your mind is also ready to be friendly with”

Sarviyan said, “Introspection helps in union with God.”

If desires, expectations and tears are twin sisters, then introspection, silence and speech are twin brothers. These have a unique relationship between each other. Just as the importance of the day is highlighted by the night and white chalk can be seen on a blackboard, in the same way both silence and speech hve a deep relationship in our lives. If silence abd introspection are life’s school, then speech is its colour. As silence and speech are inter-related so, to, they travel in parallel with each other in both life and in the universe.
