Item #2 – Title of little coloring-in book is "JESUS TRANSFORMS" and the story is written in free rhyme. Explaining "transformation" this also has the story of the Apostle Paul who once was the persecuter, "Saul".
This book is the same format as item #1 – ESTHER – but it has just 12 pages so the dummy book is just 3 rectangle pieces of paper folded to make 12 pages. (See the instructions given with Item #1 of My Personal Quest 2011 Esther) Once you start making booklets like this, you will find it really easy and greatly satisfying!
• A rhyming story
I wrote this story in poetic form, but not strict metre. I don’t believe one should sacrifice the story just to make it rhyme, so I use a some free-form rhyme in the prose.
• The illustrations for kids to color – making this book ‘interactive’
Again, I used clip art and edited it as needed – sometimes I just flip it horizontal to match the way the page faces in the booklet. They are simple drawings, the pictures, and kids can decide to color or leave black and white.
• The Cover
FRONT: I coloured in a clip-art picture of Jesus holding my rags and me wearing cool fresh, new clothes.

BACK COVER: I enhanced a photo from royalty free clip-art and whitened ‘Saul’s’ eyes as he was struck blind on the road from Jerusalem to Damascus to capture and enslave Christians. He was blinded by Jesus and became a fervent follower and preacher – teacher of the Christian faith.

• An excerpt (you read this FIRST HERE):
“What is transformation?” —you ask—
It is changing from darkness to light—
Like caterpillar to butterfly,
Or how dawn comes after the night.
• Another excerpt: (you read this FIRST HERE)
Saul changed his name to ‘Paul’
And many souls for Jesus were won!
Over hundreds of years,
Through suffering and tears,
Paul’s words bring glory to God’s Son.
