Comedy is a big part of television and life life from cracking jokes outside the office or just deciding that someone might need a little perk me up joke to make them smile. Lately, however comedy has been taking a turn for the worse becoming racist oriented for instance Dave Chappelle a black comedian whose show I’ve seen before and i was horrified. People think that saying cuss words or hitting women and abusing others is apparently something to laugh at but these things aren’t the comedy from the good old days. I don’t mean to imply that i don’t laugh at some of these jokes because somethings, even if they are disturbing, make people laugh. I still turn around after the jokes and think to myself “Whats the point for laughing at something so lewd and disrespectful?”. Well sadly no one has the answer to that but just remember you can hurt someone with a dirty word even if they laugh
