- People like hearing and telling stories about interesting topics or things. Not trying to be stereotypical, but the topics or things that white and black people talk about have some differences. By the way this is the stories being told from the men perspective which means I’m writing about white and black people telling stories who are males to either another female or male.
- White people usually tell stories about more serious things such as them having to get their car fixed, them having a hard time in a college class, or something they learned from an event or situation they were in. Now, black people usually tell stories about less serious things that usually about drama or something they can brag about such as them messing with another girl or about something a girl did or is, them going to the store to pick out and buy some new clothes, shoes, or etc., about a fight that they witness or heard about recently, about them going to some party where something crazy or dramatic happened at, them getting or buying a new vehicle or expensive accessories for it such as rims, speakers, big tires, etc., or them hanging out with some old friends.
- Of course white people tell stories about the same things a black people sometimes too. So some of these stories would be about an interesting event they went to, something they saw that was surprising or interesting to them recently, something that happened at work, how they felt about some recent or past situation they were in or is presently in, something about their life, etc.
