Want to join the Culture of Peace Seminar?

Mindanao has been asserted as a perilous island in the nation ever since. Last year, Iligan has been publicized from all over the country even outside the country for its notorious terrorist bombings and ruthless extermination of innocent people. And because of these unsympathetic proceedings, MSU-IIT failed to commemorate its annual Intramurals. As a student leader of MSU-IIT, I’m hoping and praying that last year’s catastrophe won’t happen again. By joining this Culture of Peace Seminar, I could impart on to my contemporaries the knowledge that I attained during the said seminar.

My Role in Building a Peaceful Mindanao.

As the President of the Junior Institute of Electronics and Communications Engineers of the Philippines in MSU-IIT, I have the supremacy to persuade my co-officers and members in building a peaceful Mindanao of course by imparting to them the knowledge that I attained in this seminar. Not just in the course of this seminar, but also upon my ingenuity on influencing people not only to my co-officers and members of my department society but also  even to my family, friends and to other citizens whom I don’t know yet. But of course, these things will be ineffective if it doesn’t pertain to me personally. We know that MSU-IIT is an Institute administered by some of our Muslim brothers and sisters. And it also happens to have copious ethnic groups. For that, it would be an easy maneuver for me, for us to disperse a peaceful institute, a peaceful civilization and of course, a peaceful Mindanao if we will all just stand up for the recuperation of our very own “land of promise”, Mindanao.
