Desperate to lose weight. I am not happy with my weight right now.
Day 2
It's 7:49PM and I'm getting sleepy. I had a long day today. Well, I know I should have to have at least 5~6 hours of sleep but I don't think it's possible for me. I slept late last night. My boyfriend was kinda mad at me. He was mad at his brother, I have no idea why he was at me when I didn't do anything wrong. Oh well, it's good that he slept so he could forget about his rage. Anyway, I got up at round 7:15AM. I still got 15minutes to lie on bed and just to wake myself up. I cleaned my piglets' cage and ate and have my breakfast at 8AM. You ready? Breakfast: 1 cup of rice 1 piece of ngohiong 3 pieces of small fried squid 1 cup of coffee with milk Lunch: chunk of roasted chicken 2 pieces of hanging rice 1 glass of coke small serving of behon noodles 1 slice of watermelon Snack: [I know I'm supposed to have my snack at 3PM, but my father and I went to this restaurant and had this buffet "eat-all-you-can" snack] 3 rings of calamares 1 spoonful of chopsuey (veggies) 1 fresh lumpia 2 bite sizes of sweet potato cake1 slice of watermelon
1 rice cake with sugar and dessicated coconut (palitaw)
1 half slice of sandwich
Then we got home, and brought with us a roasted chicken. then I ate again. Time: 5:00PM I ate... 1/2 cup rice 1 piece roasted chicken (drumstick) Now, I just kept drinking water coz I feel so thirsty. And I am getting sleepy too. Oh, I forgot to tell you that I bought some bananas this morning. I will be having bananas for breakfast tomorrow. Now, it's time for me to hit the sack...
