Some other ways too fight depression is through self image. Try taking vitamins and keeping busy all the time. If you think you have it real mad than you should consider talking to a professional.
In case you have no insurance, than sometimes you can find someone who will work out payments with you. I don’t recommend taking any anti depressants just because I think when you come off of them, you might be better, might stay the same or you might even get worse. There is not just one thing that triggers depression and some things can’t be changed.
Now I’m not saying anything and I have never made any statements regarding a quick fix to this problem. I know a lot of people who suffered and still suffers from depression and I observed the things they did to get a little better. You just need to think positive and realize that life could be worse.
Depression sometimes can be a major disease and that is when you need too see the doctor or someone who can help you and give you some insight on how to get better. Like I said, self improvement is the first step in most cases, than again it can be dealing with a death, money, cancer, or whatever else. Either way if you have chronic depression than you need too talk to a professional.
These are just opinions and I would never say that I know how to cure depression. Just want to motivate people and let them know there is help for you somewhere.
