We have many different type or religions that exit today. A few of the familiar ones are: Catholic, Muslim, Seven-day Adventist, Jehovah Witness and the Church of Christ. Many religions don’t allow various types of celebrations. Some Christian religions don’t allow you to do certain things such as to celebrate Christmas or birthdays. I think the Jehovah Witnesses is one religion that does not celebrate these holidays. They also don’t allow you to watch certain types of TV shows.

Some of these religions only worship on Sundays. Some worship only on Saturdays. The Catholics are required to worship every Sunday. They can worship at mass every day of the week if they want at mass for an hour.

Each religion has different rules that the members should abide by. Which religion do I prefer? I believe that is a personal choice. I was raised a Catholic; because I grew up in Catholic Church I am assuming that both of my parents were Catholics. I attended a Catholic kindergarten school and also a Catholic high school.

In some religions the members have to pay a tithe which means that members are required to pay a portion of their pay check whenever they attend church. Other religions give you a choice whether or not you want to make a donation. You can donate any amount of money that you can afford. Have you ever wondered what they do with the offerings that they get?

You know what I don’t understand about these religions? Every religion says their church is the best and they try to get you to attend their church. Do think there is a god? That’s a question that may never be answered.
