Decision time. Am I sick enough to stay home?

It’s early in the morning,
And time to dress for work.
My throat is sore and scratchy,
My red and running nose
Needs an open faucet alert.
A little kid’s had pink eye:
Well my eyes are kinda red.

Do you think if I called in,
I could stay in bed?

Teachers don’t get to sleep in. And we don’t get to be sick, either. You get to suck it up and stick it out. Or at least thats what the administration says….

I went. And it was all good. The sun shone today. The kids were mostly good. And I got the project I\’ve been dreading finished.

I always get the feeling that i\’ll be missing stg if i don\’t go to school, so i drag myself there :p
