I heard from more friends of mine some interesting stories:

One of my friends told me that he was applying for a job down at a local supermarket,  so was a black man.

My friend was much more skilled in the job that both my friend and the black man wanted but there was only room for one. The job was as good as my friends but then the black man became unfair.

He treathened to sue the supermaket if he didnt get the job because he sees it as discrimination so he got the job although my friend was much more skilled then the other man.
