She is ours. We won’t give her to you.
Mother Teresa’s 100th birthday is approaching on August 27, 2010. This Angel of Calcutta was born on August 27, 1910 to Albanian parents in Skopje, a part of Macedonia.

Recently Albanian government asked Indian government for the remains of Mother Teresa, who is resting at the Calcutta headquarters of “Missionaries of Charities”, which is now serving as a pilgrimage location to her followers. Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha promised his people that his government will take all steps and efforts to reclaim her remains before celebrating her 100th birthday.
Indian government refused saying “She is Indian Citizen and resting in her own country”. The nuns of her missionary too commented this request as “Absurd”.
Though she is born to Albanian parents and belongs to Macedonia by birth, she is an Indian citizen. Why this Albanian government wants to disturb her now, not allowing her to Rest in Peace. Mother Teresa, who is “The Saint of the Gutters”, spent her whole life in service of the poor people of Calcutta. She belongs to Calcutta. She belongs to India. Don’t disturb her after so many years, just to make cheap politics.
