Why do we quarrel? Because two persons are having different likes, dislikes, their likes and dislikes and set of ideas, minds are different. So when they come face to face, there is bound to be a disagreement, which invariably leads to a quarrel.

Quarrels are not dangerous if they are within control. It is good to disagree at times, as with disagreement, you are able to see a side of a situation, which you might not have thought about earlier. Children quarrel over toys, books but one should not take them seriously as children forget about differences very soon. But quarrels among adults are frightening as they stretch it too far. Adults are adamant and egoistic.

Quarrels mostly arise because of clashes of egos. Everybody is having elephant sizes egos. During a quarrel both the parties are not willing to part away with their ego. Most of the time parents and children quarrel over minor issues which are of no major importance. It leads to hurting each other’s feelings.

 Quarreling on the political level leads to unrest and disturbance amongst community. As quarrels lead to unpleasantness and strained relations, it is better to have control over our anger and feelings. While quarreling one should not get carried away and drift from main topic of disagreement. Is always good to have one’s own opinion and also respect for others.

So quarrel as you wish, but always be cautious to draw a line of limit lest one might lose the near and dear ones just for the sake of petty issues. Instead after quarrel, think about your mistakes and forget and forgive. As rightly said after a big quarrel between two close friends, after some moments of silence, one said to other, “let’s have a cup of tea”.
