Water makes up 70% of the body and the eyes are made up of a lot of water. So if you have eye floaters you should drink more water. There are two reasons for this. The first the water that you drink will replenish that water that is in your eye. The second reason is that it helps the body to flush out toxins and often times eye floaters have a toxin or an impurity as the underlying cause. So drink water and eat right and your eye floaters should go away. You should aim to drink about 64 ounces of water everyday.
