Having Problems Sleeping? Read the article!

Don’t you hate lying in bed for four hours straight and not fall asleep? Constantly looking at the clock and notice how quick time flies? Well, if you’re having these problems, then read this: 

Hum yourself a song, nothing fast and loud like a rock song (Unless it’s what you’re totally into) but try to hum something soft, slow, and calming. You could even read a really descriptive book to keep you thinking and tire the brain. Lie down in a comfortable position, a way that you would be able to lie down for a long period of time. Try stretching from time to time, and inhale too. You could even talk to yourself (I know it sounds weird) but talking to yourself clears your mind to only one thing and that thing would be the thing you’re talking to yourself about) Sometimes, people say that you can fall asleep more quickly by talking to yourself about falling asleep. 

You can also think about the things you did yesterday, today, and what you’re going to do on the day tomorrow. So many activities can tire you quite quickly! Check around your room and try and turn off every single light in the room, even digital clocks count.
