- Leave your car farther away from your destination.
- Use the stairs instead of the elevator.

- Use your work break to Walk, stretch or do some office exercises instead of a coffee break.
- Put some more effort at your daily chores like gardening, yard work or heavy house cleaning.

- Exercise while watching TV , use some dumbbells , a stationary bike or treadmill, stretch, some crunches, push ups and squats during commercials or at least hide your TV remotes.

- While doing errands, try walking for 15 minutes.

- When ever you have time take your family for a walk, it’ll be fun and useful for your body too.
