A little look at an hour in the life of an email addict…

8:00 am: Gotta check my email. No time for breakfast.

8:02 am: I wonder if there’s any email? Gotta check, I might have missed one.

8:05 am: Oh, I forgot, I have to check my other email.

8:10 am: Did I get that email I was expecting? I should check again.

8:13 am: Arg, I still have to write that little piece I promised… but I should go check my email again just in case.

8:17 am: Time for another cup of coffee. Oh, I have to check my email again first.

8:24 am: What time is it? I suppose I should check again.

9:08 am: Aaah, where did the time go? I have to check my messages again!

9:11 am: I hear something… footsteps… I wonder who that is?

9:12 am: “Dear, did you check the email yet today?”

And so it goes – the everyday routine of the email checking addict who doesn’t have the email sound alert or who has way too many browser tabs open at one time!

I’m lost without my Blackberry. I check my email, texts, Triond account, Twitter, Facebook constantly. It’s like a little office I carry around. Gotta have it!

OMG!! I usually leave mine for AGES and then end up with 20 emails all at once.

Ha, ha, ha! I do email check/type, but not this much. I’m also the odd one out who likes writing snail mail while lunch or supper’s cooking. That was a good and funny one. thanks fro sharing.

Most of the Triond writers here are internet addicted and in the mean time we have to be careful about it too . Good points analyzed in this post .

I do not think I am that bad. In fact the days I forget my phone are the most peaceful days in my life. A real eye opener that the world does continue to go on without it.
