Well this works. Even for me, on my most stressful days.
Today’s world for most people is a very stressful one. The people in power just keep creating more problems for us, and we have our own little petty ones that we create ourselves. I call them distracting stressful issues. Because that’s what they really are. They don’t matter in reality. Just in our own little world do they matter. But if we looked at the big picture here….They wouldn’t matter to us at all.
So there is a way there clear your head, think better, feel more relaxed, and be able to concentrate on what REALLY matters. Or to even FIND OUT what really matters to you.. And no, this isn’t any drug bull shit from Big Pharma. This is a simply thing, that most of us never even consider after our busy work day, or school day, or what ever day. This is something that most of you will probably laugh at, or just think that it’s a crock of shit. Which, in most cases.. You’re wrong. So hear me out, and try it yourself a few times with out thinking too much about it not working.
Take a damn walk. Night time is best, unless you have a peaceful place to go to during a nice semi-warm day. I say semi-warm, because it’s not summer anymore. And a cold walk, will be a very short walk. So do it on a nice day, somewhere quiet. Or go for a walk at night time, somewhere not at all crowded. If you are not up to walking, sitting some where is fine too. This actually works better sometimes any way. Sit at a picnic table, or lay in the grass. Look up at the sky, and just think of how little your problem is right now and how much else you can do in your life than dwell on petty bull shit like a girl or a boy being an ass to you. Or family issues, or friend issues. If they love you, they’ll be there. If not, then fuck ‘em. So as I was saying, just look up at the sky and admire the beauty that is actually around you. Look at the stars, look at the clouds, the moon, the sun. Yeah, they say not to look at the sun but I do it any way. The sun will not blind you if you’re looking at it for a few seconds. Hell, I think even if you look at it for a while you’ll be fine. Just may see some spots or something for a few afterwards if you do it for a while haha. Just sit back, walk, or lay down and relax. Really, relax. Just bask in it all. Don’t think about too much really, unless it’s new ideas of things you want to pursue, or want to do or try or something. Because during the time on the computer, at school, work, whatever, you arn’t actually just BEING. You’re doing pointless tasks usually. It’s not YOU. YOU is when you’re doing NOTHING just BEING. Those ideas that come to you during THOSE times, are what you actually want to do. So try it out. Nothing to lose. At all.
