This sentence will introduce your topic (“globalization”).  This is the thesis statement which describes your opinion on Canada’s involvement in the global village.  This sentence will discuss Canada’s economic involvement.  This sentence will discuss Canada’s political involvement.  This sentence will discuss Canada’s developmental connections.  This is the concluding sentence which re-states your thesis statement and paves the way for your first body paragraph.

Finally, this is the concluding sentence of the body paragraph in which the thesis statement or your original opinion is re-stated.
