So todays been interesting; Englands freezing at the moment isn’t it. Lol
I went shopping the other day, and guess what I got thinking and it led to this…
What is fashion truly?
In magazines; yeah they have all the pretty summer wear, but what about if your not into that?
To be honest; I think fashion is how me make it, how many times have you passed someone in the street and thought ohh that looks good. And it’s not something you’d wear but it’s fashionable.
Fashions not just about what they print in magazines and what celebs wear; fashion is having the choice to express yourself through clothes.
Not dressing up and being fake, expressing who you really are.
You might be wearing something that nobody else likes, but why follow what everyone else is wearing? If it’s not you; don’t do it.!
Same goes for people who dress up, emo or chavvy or whats classed as ‘in fashion’?
Yeah some people love to dress like that, but because you listen to BMTH or All Time Low etc.. you don’t have to wear skinny jeans all the time. And because you listen to Dance, Uprising etc… you don’t have to dress up in tracksuits and caps.
And if you listen to R’n'B and Pop are you supposed to dress girly with all the latest catwalk clothes?
Lots of types of clothes are based on what music we listen to now, what about if you listen to all types of music?, you like going to gigs and rocking out, but like raves too. What do you do then? What you do is you dress how the hell you’d like to dress; don’t dress to fit in with your music and friends.
Dress how you feel you.!
