Today, I’m going to share with you all some great music that was written… well, a while ago.

The point of this article being… what do you think? Do you remember these songs? Were you not even born? How different is it from now? Do you miss these styles or are you into what’s new?

This is from a punk rock band by the name of Bad Religion. Hardly anybody, comparatively, listens to them anymore. Now, I don’t mean to go all nostalgic on you guys. But this is some pretty damn straight shit. And for being from the early 90s… it fit in neatly.

But there’s even some music from before that. I know a lot of music articles I write are about how music has changed over time. But THIS was rock music. This song was first released in the 1970s, but contrasts sharply from our idea of rock today. In short… I like this song. A lot. Been singing it for days. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Here’s something from the 50s for your musical little taste buds… or eardrums for that matter. Little Richard was the REAL king of rock. Even Elvis sang some of his songs onstage. No matter what you say… this guy was crazy good. This is a song you’ve all hopefully heard. Amazing tone quality, in all honesty for the age.

Oldies can be great, too. Just thought I’d bring you back from the times before rap and hip hop took over. :]
