Hello friends,
Wishing you all a happy & full filled day. Here are some options to consider ;)
feedback please..

Know you all rock. Invest in positive information such as books, magazines, dvds, audio,.  Changing your life, routines etc if need be to create a happy “you”.  Ask your family, friends their thoughts on how to improve surroundings,.   Ask your family and friends if they could make special days with them to have fun. Go to interesting places such as a lake picnic or potluck party.  A beach get away,.  A retreat,.  Also, treat yourself to your favorite rewards.  If you have bad days.. laugh about them.  If they get rather serious talk to someone right away.  As soon as you get them on the phone or in person, etc start talking.

Create a time such as when you take a bath turn into a spa time.  Creating a fragrance and setting that relaxes you, have your family get a ice-cream cone at your local restaurant,.  Walk with your family and friends,.  Consider creating really healthy foods/snacks, meals,.. that will boost your health ten-fold.

If you feel your room is rather dim looking suggestion:  invest in inexpensive cream or off-white currents. That will bring a great deal of light in your room/’s. Depending if the sun faces that area of course.  And, in time you will start to notice that your skin color will change as well to a shiny way,.

Possibly updating your wardrobe, keeping in mind your skin tone, your body form and the season you are in.  And, above all know what colors look exceptional on you.  Consider matching outfits such as a pair of jeans and a blouse, shirt,.  Or combine a pair of black pants with a gray top.  Making sure it does not make you look like Casper.  And it looks accents your structure,.  Making you look “hot”.

Same with your hair and accessories,.

Always be around positive people.  You deserve happiness. Its always recommended to do different things. Change your routine everyday. Such changing what you eat for breakfast still keeping it healthy. Its also a good idea to do “random act of kindness” every where you go.  Its also a good idea to breathe in and out frequently cleaning your lungs from toxians around you.  Also eating lots of apples and drinking lots of water and walking can also clean the toxins from your body as well.  If you like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries,. Excellent.. great source of antioxidants for your immune system. And blueberries is full of fiber.  You can’t get any better.

smile and the world smiles with you

    weep and you weep alone
    those who smile and laugh
    reduce medical bills
    eat out more at restaurants
    with money saved
    and gift money to folks
    to bring a smile
    on their face
    and what can you do
    just for smiles
    look into my eyes
    and as i smile,
    smile along with me,
    if not do try
    and smile at me,
    either way a smile
    will come your way
    and smiles my darling

    What fun.

  • Robert Sloan on Nov 25, 2009

    This is outright scary.

Smile when you mean it, not just because someone said you should. Smile because there\’s some reason to, because you\’re doing something you enjoy or are with someone you like.

Don\’t paste it on if your job stinks and you\’re paid less every month for more work, or if you\’re sick and covering for it, or if everyone\’s pressuring you to pretend that bad relationship is just peachy and nothing bad ever happens to good people.

Bad things do happen to good people.

Companies don\’t hire you because they have your best interests at heart. They have their profits as a goal.

People who tell you to smile no matter what are scary because I\’ve heard it too many times in situations I wouldn\’t wish on my worst enemy — because they\’re saying, go away and pretend everything\’s all right so that I can pretend things like that don\’t happen.

Parents do wind up with birth defects in their kids even if they never expected it.

People who don\’t blow their credit cards on luxuries sometimes wind up bankrupted because your kid being sick and surviving it is a higher priced luxury too.

People who just divorced an abuser need to hear: \”It\’s okay to feel what you feel, think what you think, be who you are.\” Not just \”Smile and pretend everything\’s jolly.\”

A real smile doesn\’t need to be prompted.
