Things happen that you can not explain. Many feel that these things are paranormal, I am starting to believe.

I have to say, that I am the most closed minded person in the world when it comes to anything paranormal. It is not to say that I do not believe that there are ghosts out there wandering around. However, I chose to keep my eyes and my mind shut to the idea that anything “out of the ordinary” will happen around me. If I were to see anything that I know should not be there I think that I may die from the shock. Yes, I am a wimp!

Creaks and cracks in the house I attribute to logical reasoning. I have gone as far to say that the blender which turned on all by itself at 6 am was due to a power surge. I also pushed my husband out of the way and closed myself in the room forgetting that I left him in the blender room. Anything that happens, things you think should not happen, I can pull a logical reasoning for it to have happened.

I have to say that lately I can not find logic in things going on. It may be little things, but like I said I am a wimp. I recently moved to a different state, about 300 miles away from where I used to live. Little things have happened which my husband has pointed out to me. Again, I find a way to make these things have a reason. My husband and I woke up one night in a panic, because we heard the cabinets in the kitchen slam shut. Now, I have children, so yes I was scared, but I thought it was one of them. My husband went to investigate and they were in there bed fast asleep and no one in the house except us. That does not explain why we were woken up to the slam of cabinets.

I did not witness this, thank goodness, my husband was freaked out because he said that the remote went from the couch to the floor with out any help. I told him that next time he should make sure that it was not near the edge. He looked at me very seriously and said, “”It was not at the edge it was towards that back of the couch and it did not just fall straight down. The remote landed in the middle of the floor!”" I laughed, brushed it off and picked up the remote and told him to stop lying and that he was crazy. He did not want to pick that remote up.

I do believe in Ghosts. I try not to but you are right there are so many things that go unexplained.
