This Month, from certain Triond’s websites I earn very little. It makes me wonder, "What happened?"

Frustrating, Seeing My Triond Earning This Month

This fact makes me sad. Day by day (this month) I feel frustrated. I do not know if other Triond users experience the same. First I felt happy when one of my article got about 35 addition views for a day, but then I was sad realize that I got no addition earning for the 35 views. Then I waited, I think, the day after I would get an addition earning. Even if it is only $0.01, I will be happy to know that my work result something. But no, the day after I did not earn anything even for 1 cent. Was there no advertisement? I did not know what was happening. What I know for certain article I only earn very little from Triond this month, compare with last month.

Money is not my main goal I join Triond. But if I earn nothing for more than 20 views (I ever got nothing for 100 views of Relijournal article), sometimes it make me feel frustrated.

Below table is the example of the views and earning I get for 2 days:

For article Healthmad-2, I have already gotten $0.06 when I got about 60 views. The day after I got about 35 views I talked above, but till now (more than 120 views) I received no addition earning (still $0.06).

For Healhtmad-6, I feel satisfied with my earning above.

The other temporary earnings I got:

For 39 views on Biscovering I got 0.2
For 40 views on Authspot I got 0.1
For 41 views on Relijournal I got 0.0

Now I think about “if only”. If only I wrote more articles last month. If only Triond give us surprise this month by increasing our earning by 10% without announcing it before.

And lastly I apologize to Triond because when I feel satisfied with them I only keep silent, but if I feel dissatisfied, I write this article. I hope in the future I will make an article about how satisfied I am toward Triond. Actually so far I am really satisfied with Triond. For certain other writings of mine (this month), actually  my earnings are not too bad.

Still I would like to thank Triond for the chance to publish our writings.

If you’re new to this, you maybe don’t know this: I know it’s exciting to keep track of the money you get and look at the money’s raise all the time but it doesn’t update itself very often. I think you can see a change in the cash you earn maybe every week or something. It’s very weird, but you should only trust the numbers you see in the end of the month. Don’t worry.

    Best regards,
    Blu

It also depends on where the views come from (location) and through which source the views come from.. It needs thousands of views to get a dollar…. pathetic but reality.

  • Rehoboth on Sep 29, 2010

$- nice but i just confused the triond calculation -$

  • BigBrother1984 on Sep 29, 2010

I’ve noticed several times that I get huge jumps in visits, but the relevant increase in oney takes several days to follow suit.

  • nobert soloria bermosa on Sep 29, 2010

  • lindalulu on Sep 29, 2010

Things will pick up Iam sure you will notice.I know sometimes my views go way down they they soar. Think positive!

This may sound somehow or make you to start declining in triond activities but I have to encourage you to keep on puting in your possible best and share across your articles across several websites, community forums and blogs. You will surely make it real!

  • ishinimrod on Sep 29, 2010

Be patient. Me too have experiences like this…

  • strovek on Sep 29, 2010

    Good share.

  • Starpisces on Sep 29, 2010

well said, Eunice, mine worst, already pathetic, and now with 1 week without new articles (due to Triond error), you can imagine? Luckily I have a stable job, otherwise will be starved, LOL.

    :D

  • Pam Stushnoff on Sep 29, 2010

Be patient. Keep writing. I agree that its positive motivation when I see that $.01 but some articles simply earn more than others.

  • vijayanths on Sep 29, 2010

This is really frustrating. My Google ad sense earnings from Triond is zero this month though I got more than 100 clicks this month. Something is wrong and it is disappointing that there is no response from Triond in spite of my several requests to look into this issue. Writers will lose faith and interest if Triond continues this trend.

  • Swayam Siddha on Sep 29, 2010

very frankly, triond never exploit people. Maybe they will add up in the months end. Don’t get disappointed and try to modulate your writing so that it gets maximum views.

  • janet Trieschman on Sep 29, 2010

There are times I feel your frustration. What I do know is that different sites have different payouts. But, in the end, Triond pays religiously every month.

  • Ruby Hawk on Sep 29, 2010

Don’t even look at your earnings every day. It’s too discouraging. Just continue to add more articles and make as many comments as possible. Expect nothing and at the end of the month you will get a surprise. I don’t know how long you have written for Triond or how many articles you have published. but it takes many many published articles and many friends to earn any money. You also have to advertise your work. Stumble, Yahoo, Google and Twitter are all good to bring in traffic. Publish articles that people will look online for. Stick with it and things will get better.

  • Christine Ramsay on Sep 29, 2010

I went through a phase of getting virtually nothing for my posts last year but the last three months or so I have found a big increase in my earnigs. I have no idea why but I am grateful for it. You will probably find the same so remain patient.

It seems that months go by with hardly anything, then I get a nice surprise ” an increase “. Sometimes I think it is because of less articles and other times I have no idea.
I don’t understand the system, and am satisfied to get my work out, and makes a few pennies. What has Triond.com saidn

    Dear friends,

I read your comments and they encourage me. Thank you all.
I notice that Triond gave us good payments on June, July & August 2010, and sadly it is declined this month. Someday I believe they will give us good payment again. So follow Ruby’s advice. Keep writing & publishing through Triond.

    Regards,
    Eunice

I too agree with Ruby — keep writing and building up your collection of Triond works. Some months are better than others. The main thing, for me, is that Triond is good writing practice and good exposure (and some great friends).
    Cheers!

  • LCM Linda on Sep 29, 2010

I understand your frustration. I got 2 articles earning not a penny. Will follow Ruby’s advice. Hope we can get through the frustration, enjoy writing more articles and making more friends here. Thanks for sharing.

  • sasuke191 on Sep 30, 2010

I, too pray that soon, you will have to write an article about how satisfied you are with your Triond earnings!!!…
    Good luck!!!…. ^_^

  • mkd1788 on Sep 30, 2010

i don’t think much about their earning calculation process..use your triond articles to get backlinks

  • Kaye TM on Sep 30, 2010

    so sad….me too. =(
but I am still happy anyway.

  • John Paul V on Sep 30, 2010

Creative writing earns you almost nothing, i think that poems and religious articles dont earn much… try other topics, i myself made 14 Dollars this month and i didn’t publish that much.

    Anyways Good Luck!

  • papaleng on Oct 1, 2010

Just look at the brighter side Eunice, things will look great in the coming days.

  • Sharif Ishnin on Oct 1, 2010

The earnings are sure unpredictable here and don’t reflect the views you are getting. But it does gradually increase over time. That’s for sure. Letting others know does help a lot.

i think we should have some duet on the song of the king of pop “you are not alone”!

  • Luna Morena on Oct 6, 2010

Just a little patience. Publishing at Triond it´s great for the people you find here but not for the money.

  • Nhil Ocampo on Oct 13, 2010

I am an old member but trying to be active just recently so I really am patient in letting the ball roll.

As for the earnings, I am wishing you would have more visits, views and likes to increase the chances of getting more moolah. I agree with papaleng, everything will be better in the next few days

  • crisdiwata on Oct 14, 2010

Well, as jun said you’re not alone. I am experiencing the same but I still publish not for money but because I love to write but then of course we must be equally compensated for what we do.

  • ishinimrod on Oct 18, 2010

Thanks for sharing this. I have learnt something.

  • ScottyM on Dec 14, 2010

I joined Triond not long ago, and I do not publish articles frequently. But what you need to do is write because you have a passion to write. If i could find a way to change where my income statement was I would lower it to a place I can not see it. Trust me, I went from earning $.30 a month to now since December 1 I have $3.01. There has been many times I thought of giving up, just continue writing because you enjoy it, and gradually, money will follow. :D

  • seiva7 on Mar 4, 2011

all of you helped us a lot.

I was just looking up for this information to get a while. Approximately two hrs of online researching, luckily I received it in your website. I do not understand why people don’t present this kind of resourceful internet sites in the first web page. Thanks for your information.Ecommerce website development

I can understand you,we all go through the same experience and get frustrated once in a while…Hope you are making it better by now, especially with this article.

  • skitty54 on Jul 1, 2011

It gets frustrating, but its the truth… ITs just not a huge source of money. I use triond to redirect people to Rewards1 for referrals. Both arent a good source of income, but It pays my cell phone bill. Ive been averaging 6-7k views a month and still only get around 10 dollars… Not that great… They just need to up the income a little.

  • jrabraham on Jul 13, 2011

The site is frustrating most of the time..*sigh*
