Chapter one of my story, reviews and constructive criticism would be nice… The title is open to change too.
“Nikki” the man muttered, just as he collapsed into the front door of the two story house, in a pool of his own blood.
The mans eyes shot open and he jolted upright in the bed. His right hand lightly tracing a double line of stitching that stretched from his lower back up and around to his chest. His left hand reached for his sword, feeling around the floor in the dim room, which he recognized as his own. The pain hit him now and he collapsed back on the bed in a cry of pain.
As the odd looking man lay in bed, drenched in sweat, he began to feel all the bumps, bruises and cuts about his body begin to ache. He slowly began to relax, feeling across his body when the door flew open. A women with shoulder length dirty blonde hair stood in the doorway.
“Jesus Gabe” The woman sighed. Memories were beginning to rush back to Gabe; a man with a steel claw in his left hand, katana in the right, jeweled mask, dozens of black garbed men.
“Helooooo, you there?” The woman said.
“Yeah Natasha, sorry, what the hell is wrong with you? I almost had a heart attack, though, your still looking great.” Gabe said.
“Well, that proves your OK…. that and that Lizzie’s skills aren’t rusty.” She said.
“Eh, you can’t really blame a guy, especially when a good looking woman is standing in your doorway while I’m half naked…” Gabe said.
“This is yours and your wives house!” She exclaimed.
“What? Are you trying to say she never tried to get you into bed?” Gabe said.
“Gabriel!” Natasha exclaimed, picking a book up off the shelf and throwing it at him.
“What, I did….” came a voice from the hallway. A woman with blood red hair walked in the bedroom with a bag in each hand. She was about five foot six, and couldn’t have weighed over one hundred and thirty pounds. Tiny little thing she was, had the most seductive voice, every word just sort of rolled off her lips.
“Jesus Nik, you scared me,” Natasha said.”I’ll leave you two to do, whatever it is you two do…” She said, edging around Nikki, mumbling “weirdest. couple, ever…”
