Gaza around.

The song “We will not go down in Gaza tonight” gives a very clear explanation of the current situation in Gaza and what the people are going through. The song makes me understand why people become terrorists. The video of the song shows innocent children and people dying. These children are not even aware of what is going on and why all of this is going on. Their houses, schools, places of worship, everything is just destroyed in a matter of seconds. The line “bombs drop like acid in the rain” gives a clear description of how frequently the bombs are being dropped. Children become orphans, and they are left crying when their families are being brutally killed in front of them.

I think that many people become terrorists because they see suffering from their own eyes. They see their wives and children dying in front of them and so feel that they should take revenge. If personally I saw my parents and family suffering in front of me I would also have the same feeling. I would want to avenge those who caused harm and suffering to my family. I think this is why these people become terrorists. Moreover, they maybe dismayed at the fact that the leaders just sit there, hold conferences and argue with each other without doing something substantial to save their people and their country. This makes the people think that they have to do something and so they are then labelled as “terrorists”. The line “our spirits won’t die” is an evidence of the fact that no matter what happens these people will continue to fight. The people are infuriated because the leaders are not doing anything, due to which the people continue to lose what can never be returned to them.

I think the suffering that they see makes them ruthless, heartless and cold people and this is why they become terrorists. In my opinion, no one is a born terrorist and no one can be made a terrorist, it is just the circumstances and situations that people face that make them terrorists.
