how to solve this type of problem?
what is generic host process?
why is it recurring?
well i have this problem for almost 3 months. everytime i am going to start my computer and then plug my prepaid modem and start surfing the net or watching live stream videos, it will always pop up “generic host process error”. So my remedy for this problem for almost 3 months is restarting my pc and hitting my system calibrator again, and plugging in again my modem for an internet connection…It will occur again after another hour or minute depending on the load…

So he just ask about my Operating System and then he told me to go into the website for me to check what are the prerequisites to solve my problem.
