I revisit my article on ghosts and poltergeists and I tell of the disturbing new developments of our poltergeist!

No such thing as Ghosts? Your kidding.

I have written before about my house in South Yorkshire in the U.K. it’s a three up two down typical ex-miners terraced cottage. The difference we have is we have a poltergeist.  We assume he is male but we maybe wrong?

We moved into our cottage in 2004 and for a year at least everything was fine in fact better than fine.  We decorated the house to our needs and all was fine and then, workmen began building out the front of our house and soon to follow the back of our house.

Then things went wrong another person revealed himself to us, a poltergeist!  He began with moving objects around the house, then he went onto throwing heavy objects around the house, whilst we were eating! We could not afford to move again so we decided to cohabit with our poltergeist.  My partner gave him a telling off for ruining our house and for two years all was fine.

Two years ago my health let me down and I was no longer able to work, That of course meant I spent a considerable amount of time at home.  Just lately three weeks ago my health got worse and I have been screaming in pain.  This we believe has woken our guest poltergeist and he is not happy!

Research I have done concludes that beings that are caught between our reality and the after life require peace, solitude and quiet. My recent screams in pain have awakened our guest.  What can we do? My family have suggested we move house, we cannot afford to do this.  I intend to talk to the poltergeist and reason with him?

Our Poltergeist is not interested in this stick!

Once I find out what has caused our poltergeist to live with us, in effect be caught between worlds maybe I can help him. I am sure many of you are laughing right now and thinking its all in my mind.  However its two peoples minds not one.  I do believe certain people are more susceptible to phenomenon’s than others no doubt.

Our guest has chosen my walking sticks as a target! I have two sticks one is from the hospital and made of aluminium with a grey plastic handle, the other one I have is wooden with a very heavy brass ducks head as a handle.  This stick was handed down to me via my much missed granddad  “ Lawrence Victor Banks”

A similar stick to my Granddad’s but it has a heavy brass ducks head on it.

Our poltergeist has taken to picking up this stick and throwing it across the room in front of my eyes! He gets amusement to see me struggle on one stick to pick up my wooden stick.  My partner has seen this behaviour and declares its up to me to tell him off and try to reason with him?  All I can tell you is the truth most mornings especially he finds great pleasure in throwing my stick and seeing limp and fall over when trying  to retrieve it.

My previous article shows a picture of our guest on our sofa.  He needs to back off, however I need a way to tell him so, a way to communicate with him? Your suggestions are more than welcome.

Lord Banks

My dear writing friend, I just got off working a 12 hour night shift and was checking my dashboard before going to bed. This caught my eye as I believe in these things and believe we live in a haunted house. You must take control and tell your friend you want your house back and they need to leave. This really does work. I am going to read your other story that you posted and if you would like you can read about my adventures with ghosts. I seem to be one of those that can see them and my adult daughter is now having the same problems as she sees these ghosts. You are not crazy.

Ask him to move out so you can move in a female polgergeist more to your liking.

A creepy tale. I do believe in ghost and so thankful I haven’t seen one.

I believe you. My deceased husband still ealks around the house checking cabinets and doors and out in his work shed. My long gone Dad stops by now and then. I never see them but theylet me know that they are here and who they are. Maybe if you can find out who your incumbant spirit is and acknowledge him or her as such, they will be more peaceful. Try asking who are you?
As for Kens comment-maybe a female poltergist would take the ghosts mind off you.

First of all, I was sorry to hear of your illness that has left you out of work. Second of all, I am not laughing and very much believe in ghosts. You must do some research as there is a way to invite them to leave in a respectable manner. Great share.

The Poltergeist is one I have seen in a movie and the girl never was free of him and research reveals they feed on your fear.As you could see from my writings I have seen visions of spirit and very much involved in spiritism.I was instructed on your matters and wander in thoughts as I have cleared homes of sprit in past. You simply demand they leave the home is yours and they must move to their own existence level. If you wanted to take it further call on your guides and angels to effect a rescue of the lost soul.

LB…no laughing from this corner…if your poltegeist insists on staying and being disruptive, you may need to call in the services of a exorcist…I was visited by one when I was a boy but that was just a one time occasion and after it sliced through the thick black plastic earpiece of my glasses it never bothered me again. No have no suggestion in how to talk to it except to demand it to leave in the name of God. I voted that I liked the story for its information and sincerity…sorry to hear of your health setbacks…trust all goes well…thanks
