A Logical Means of Achieving Happiness.
Many people struggle to achieve happiness. If you think logically about happiness, it is not very difficult to achieve. The reason most of us are not happy as often as we would like to be is that we do not engage in doing the things in life, we have already realised creates the feeling of happiness within us. For instance if you feel really happy when you go ice skating, then the more often you engage in ice skating, the more often you will be experiencing happiness. It’s the same, no matter what it is for you personally that makes you feel happy. Whether its dining out, watching a funny movie, spending time with family members, time to yourself, going on holiday, doing something new, fun, exciting or thrilling. You have to do what makes you happy to become happy. Happiness is something you generate within yourself.
Write a list of all the things you have done in life that made you feel happy and if you are not happy very often, you may find it interesting to realise you are not doing many or any of the things on your list. It’s you who decides what makes you happy, so once you realise what these things are – it makes sense to do them as often as you want to feel happy. Enjoy creating your own happiness; book a meal, go to the cinema or theatre, go on an adventurous holiday, try some sky diving or scuba diving, help another person – whatever it is – its worth doing to create the amazing natural drug of happiness within yourself. Sometimes its the most simple things in life that make us happy, so it doesn’t even have to cost. Be Happy!
