Are you happy today? What are make you happy?

Am I happy at where I am today? Being happy essentially defends you from the stresses of life. Living a happy, flexible and optimistic life is fantastic, and is also good for your health. Sometimes, when all our fears, doubts and insecurities drape ourselves up, we always come up with the idea of “I wish I was somebody else.” Happiness is actually found in every person, increasing it is a way to create a life more wonderful and also healthier. To be happy is relatively easy; just choose to be a happy person. So many things in this world that you want but what do you really want? Ask yourself. If you want to be a happy person, so you have to be grateful with what you have today because grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for, for examples, thank God for being alive, thank parents for taking care of us, thank love one for understanding, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank the guy who cleans your windows. To start a happy day, we should have something that will motivate us to enjoy our day. What motivates you? It is an answer you have to find out for yourself. There are so many things that can make everyone happy, but to decide one of them may be the hardest part. Most of people get motivation from their relationships because relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for whom or what they are and avoid clashes. Time also play an important rule to be a happy person. Time is invaluable and too essential to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involve scheduling, setting goals, planning, and creating lists of things to do. On the other hand, laugh and laugh everyday because they always say “laughter is the best medicine”. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause injury or harm to anybody. In this world, nobody is perfect. We all have our insecurities. Life needs not to be perfect for people to be happy about them which always desire to have better things, better life, better features, better body parts and other. Self development and caring yourself is not a matter that to tell the whole world you are perfect and you are the best. When we begin to improve ourselves, we then begin to feel satisfied and happy. It is the desirable quality of acceptance and happiness. And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln; he says that, “Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.” So, happy always!
